  • An update/upgrade service. If you are in need for such an assistance our team could still support you in this for an extra charge.
  • Support for existing customers because they already have access to this as part of their plan.

Can I request a MagicINFO remote updates or upgrades?

Not as part of the MagicINFO Support Service. This service is designed to support client with a single ticket issue. If you still require additional help, our expert team is available to help with remote updates and upgrades for an extra charge.

Is the MagicINFO Support Service fee based on per hour or per ticket?

The MagicINFO Support Service fee is based per ticket and has a fixed price of €149
