This service is designed for MagicINFO users that require software solution support but are not yet MagicInfo Services' clients. It is an easy and convenient way to access professional expertise and quickly solve most MagicINFO support issues.
What you get:
- Expert MagicINFO support service for a single ticket.
What is not included in the MagicINFO Support Service:
- MagicINFO Consultancy Service (Learn more about the consultancy service here)
- An update/upgrade service. If you are in need for such an assistance our team could still support you in this for an extra charge.
- Support for existing customers because they already have access to this as part of their plan.
Paying MagicInfo Services clients get access to free support. However, if you have purchased MagicINFO elsewhere (for example, through Samsung or a reseller), our team is still available to support you in exchange for a small free.
Not as part of the MagicINFO Support Service. This service is designed to support client with a single ticket issue. If you still require additional help, our expert team is available to help with remote updates and upgrades for an extra charge.
The MagicINFO Support Service fee is based per ticket and has a fixed price of €149.
